Manajemen Kesehatan Dalam Menghadapi Usia Senja
Abstract
An understanding of health is very important, especially for women at an old age,
because there have been many changes in bodily functions, muscles, bones and
joints, and respiration so that they are susceptible to health problems. One of the
activities to keep you healthy in dealing with changes in body function is exercise.
In this regard, LPPM STIE Malangkucecwara held coaching and mentoring
activities in Mojolangu Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This activity
aims to (1) provide health insights to elderly woman about the importance of
exercise (2) provide proper sports knowledge for elderly women. By providing
insight into the importance of exercise for the elderly, it is hoped that it can
improve health, improve quality of life and reduce the need for medicines for
elderly women
