Abstract

This paper to investigate, as mediation, knowledge sharing on performance and innovation characteristics. The quantitative methodology employed in this investigation involved the distribution of a cross-sectional survey to 60 employees of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency.  Smart PLS 3 was used in structural equation modeling and model evaluation of the gathered data. Statistical analysis indicates that knowledge sharing directly influences performance. Furthermore, it exerts a beneficial effect indirectly via the facilitation of innovation. This study's findings offer insights for employees in Lempeng District, Sumenep Regency, emphasizing the significance of knowledge sharing in enhancing performance. This underscores the necessity for sub-district institutions to formulate more comprehensive regulations that promote knowledge sharing, benefiting all stakeholders and positively impacting performance.
